Manawa has dedicated years of hard work, discipline, and passion to hip hop dance. Alongside his dance crew, Yung ID, he has just placed 1st in the New Zealand HHI Dance Competition, an incredible achievement that has secured their qualification for the Hip Hop International (HHI) World Dance Competition in Arizona — one of the most prestigious dance competitions on the planet.

Taking place from 25 July to 1 August 2026, HHI brings together the best hip hop dancers from around the world to compete, connect, and celebrate the art form. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for Manawa to showcase his talent on an international stage.
